The Lowcountry's technology varies wildly with the wealth and abilities of those concerned; see other sections to get an idea of the high end, I really don't feel like rewriting all this (magic may loosely mimic things electricity would otherwise take care of, i.e. heating, cooling, and lighting, but more along the lines of bright, everlasting flames, not glaring balls of light that suspiciously resemble light bulbs). Note that there will still be no electricity, no automobiles, no particularly effective firearms, no mechs, no alchemical creations that conveniently look like mechs, etc. etc. etc., though. We're going for a certain image in this world and it's annoying when people worm their way into using overly technological-looking stuff just because they think they should be able to.
